Deus Ex

Deus Ex for the personal computer was released in 2000 and developed by Ion Storm. The player assumes the role of JC Denton, a nanotech-augmented operative of the United Nations Anti-Terrorist Coalition (UNATCO). Having just seen the popular 20th century film, The Terminator, JC fears for what he may become, and decides to self-terminate by means of attacking his fellow machines.
